The center’s mission is to ensure the production, maintenance and use of laboratory animals to be used for scientific research, application, and education at Hacettepe University in accordance with high quality and international ethical standards. In addition, its mission is to provide infrastructure and technical support in the fields of activity of the center and to provide implementation, training and consultancy services.

The center’s vision is to become a center that leads to change and development at the national and international levels, in which the production and care of laboratory animals, satisfaction of researchers and employees is at the highest level, within the framework of universal ethical values and continuously applicable quality standards.
